SaaS products we operate (including CogniPulse AI, SMEOne, MeritHRMS, ZyloPOS and TeliBiz) have their own product terms; those terms apply when you use those products.

You may browse this site for information about our products and services. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or unlawful content through forms or chat widgets.
2. Enquiries and statements of work
Information on this site is general and does not constitute an offer. Quotations, statements of work and product subscriptions are binding only when accepted in writing or through the relevant product checkout. Fees, scope and delivery dates are those stated in that agreement.

Built and operated by Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd. Content on this site is owned by Adneti or its licensors. Product names and marks (including TeliBiz™) are the property of their respective owners and are used under licence where applicable. You may not copy or reuse our materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

5. Liability
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Adneti’s liability arising from use of this marketing website is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent forum.
