1. What we collect

We collect personal data you provide and data generated when you use this website, including:

• Contact details submitted via enquiry forms, email, chat widgets or support tickets (name, company, role, email, phone, and the content of your message).
• Account or billing details where you contract with us for services.
• Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referral source.
• Cookies and similar identifiers used for Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-H6RYNKZ1V3) to understand aggregate traffic.

We do not require an account to browse this marketing site.

2. How we use personal data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide quotations and services, operate and secure our websites, keep business records, send product or service updates you have requested or consented to, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Disclosure and processors

We disclose personal data only as needed: to staff who handle your request; to hosting, email, analytics, payment and support-tool providers that process data on our instructions; and to professional advisers or public authorities where the law requires. Sub-processors act only for their contracted function.

4. Overseas transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps required by the PDPA so that it receives a comparable standard of protection.

5. Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example accounting records), then delete or anonymise it. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and role-based internal access.

6. Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent to its use, by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We will verify the requester’s identity and respond within the timelines set by the PDPA.
