1. Pricing Overview

Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd (also referred to as "Adneti" or "Adneti.sg") is committed to providing transparent, fair, and competitive pricing for all our IT services. This Pricing Policy outlines our pricing structure, payment terms, and policies.

Important: All prices are final and inclusive of all applicable charges. Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd is not GST-registered, so no Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies to our services.

2. Service Pricing

IT Compliance Diagnostic

S$39.99

One-time fee for comprehensive IT compliance and security diagnostic assessment.

  • Windows 11 compatibility check
  • Compliance risk assessment
  • PSG grant eligibility estimation
  • Detailed recommendations report
  • Cost breakdown for maintenance services

Special Offer: Diagnostic fee is fully deductible from your first service contract if you proceed within 30 days of assessment.

Essential Tier Maintenance

S$25 per PC/month

Monthly subscription for budget-conscious SMEs.

  • Remote diagnostic support
  • Security patch updates
  • Basic compliance monitoring
  • Email & online ticket support
  • Quarterly system review

Minimum: 5 PCs (S$125/month)

Premium Compliance & Security

S$50 per PC/month

Monthly subscription for SMEs seeking high stability and compliance.

  • 2-hour remote response SLA (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)
  • 1 free on-site support per contract per year (for critical troubleshooting or system check). Additional on-site support at S$90/hour (discounted rate, business hours only)
  • 24/7 ticket submission system
  • Cloud backup monitoring
  • IT asset tracking & documentation
  • Priority Win 11 migration support
  • Monthly system health reports
  • Quarterly security assessment

Minimum: 10 PCs (S$500/month)

3. Pricing Calculation

Monthly service fees are calculated based on:

  • Number of PCs: Each PC counts as one unit, regardless of usage level
  • Service Tier: Essential (S$25/PC) or Premium (S$50/PC)
  • Minimum Commitment: Essential (5 PCs), Premium (10 PCs)

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

  • Diagnostic Fee: Payment required before or upon service delivery
  • Monthly Service Fees: Billed in advance on the 1st day of each month
  • Payment Due Date: Within 14 days of invoice date

4.2 Payment Methods

  • PayNow (preferred - instant payment)
  • Bank transfer
  • Cheque
  • Credit card (via secure payment gateway, additional processing fees may apply)

4.3 Late Payment

  • Interest charge: 2% per month on overdue amounts
  • Service suspension may occur after 30 days of non-payment
  • Reconnection fee: S$50 after service suspension

Important: Failure to pay invoices within 60 days may result in service termination and referral to a collection agency.

5. Price Changes

5.1 Existing Clients

We commit to price stability for existing clients. Any price changes will:

  • Be communicated with 30 days' written notice
  • Apply only to renewals or new service contracts
  • Not affect current service agreements during their term

5.2 New Clients

Prices for new clients are subject to change at any time. The price quoted in your service agreement is fixed for the duration of that agreement.

5.3 Promotional Pricing

Promotional prices and discounts are valid only for the specified promotion period. Regular pricing applies after the promotion ends.

6. Additional Charges

6.1 Additional Services

The following services are not included in standard maintenance plans and incur additional charges:

  • Hardware Purchases: Quoted separately based on market rates
  • On-site Visits (Essential Tier): S$150 per visit (business hours only)
  • Additional On-site Support (Premium Tier): S$90/hour (discounted rate for Premium clients, business hours only) - 1 free visit per contract per year already included
  • After-Hours Support: S$200 per hour (outside Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)
  • Emergency Support: S$300 per hour (outside business hours)
  • Project Work: Quoted separately (e.g., ERP implementation, system migration)
  • Software Licensing: Actual vendor costs plus 10% administration fee
  • Data Recovery: S$500 minimum, quoted based on complexity

6.2 Travel Charges

On-site visits outside Singapore or beyond 20km from our office may incur additional travel charges.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Diagnostic Fee

The S$39.99 diagnostic fee is non-refundable once services have been rendered. However, if you proceed with a service contract within 30 days, this fee is deducted from your first invoice.

7.2 Monthly Service Fees

Monthly service fees are non-refundable. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis, and clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

7.3 Additional Services

Additional services (e.g., project work, hardware purchases) are non-refundable unless service delivery fails to meet agreed specifications.

Exception: If we fail to deliver services as agreed in the service contract, we will provide a pro-rated refund or credit for the affected period.

8. Service Modifications

8.1 Adding PCs

You may add PCs to your service plan at any time. Additional PCs will be billed at the prorated monthly rate for the remainder of the billing cycle.

8.2 Removing PCs

You may remove PCs from your service plan with 30 days' written notice. Charges will be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.

8.3 Tier Upgrades/Downgrades

Tier changes take effect on the first day of the next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades require 30 days' notice.

9. Minimum Commitment

  • Essential Tier: Minimum 5 PCs (S$125/month)
  • Premium Tier: Minimum 10 PCs (S$500/month)

If your PC count falls below the minimum, you will be charged for the minimum number of PCs.

10. Bundled Services

We may offer bundled services or enterprise pricing for clients with:

  • 50+ PCs
  • Multiple locations
  • Additional service requirements (ERP, automation, etc.)

11. Price Matching

We do not offer price matching with competitors. However, we are committed to providing competitive pricing and value for money. If you receive a comparable quote from a competitor, we encourage you to discuss it with us, and we will do our best to provide a competitive offer.

12. Discounts and Promotions

12.1 Early Bird Discount

Sign up for annual prepayment (12 months) and receive a 10% discount on monthly service fees.

12.2 Referral Program

Refer a new client and both you and the new client receive one month of free service (up to 20 PCs).

12.3 Promotional Codes

Promotional codes must be applied at the time of service sign-up. Codes cannot be applied retroactively.

Note: Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

13. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your invoice, please contact us within 14 days of the invoice date:

We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Payment is still due during the dispute resolution process, but we will credit any overcharges to your account.

14. Currency

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). International clients may be invoiced in their local currency at prevailing exchange rates, subject to additional banking fees.

15. Tax Information

GST Status: Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd is not GST-registered. No Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies to our services.

All prices are final and inclusive of all applicable charges. No additional taxes or fees will be added to the quoted prices.
